Using a powerful learning tool you will identify where your behaviours are on a unique map of nature. Having identified your own preferred behavioural style you will then focus on valuing the preferred behavioural style of others. The behavioural types attribute themselves to the metaphor of nature as follows:
EARTH behaviours take you forward to achieve goals set
AIR behaviours help you design systems that work and will plan to ensure accuracy and quality
WATER behaviours reflect great patience and seek harmony
FIRE behaviours motivate and inspire towards bright futures
This is an interactive workshop where you will be given the permission to focus on the positives of your behaviour by celebrating your behavioural style. This subsequently enables you to work more productively and collaboratively with others.
Because the tool is logically obvious and uses simple, intuitive terminology, people can quickly and easily apply the model in their everyday lives. It offers an ‘emotionally intelligent’ language that is cross-cultural, non-threatening and inclusive. While most models concentrate on understanding the self and one's own specific characteristics this tool, called TetraMap®, focuses almost entirely on understanding others and how to adapt to their specific behavioural characteristics.
TetraMap® is a fun and exciting way to help transform people, organisations and society.
