Together with the deputy project manager, Gaëlle leads the coordinators in the eight departments at NIN. She ensures that all events are in order and all tasks are completed; she communicates between the board and coordinators; and she steps in as backup for the other coordinators whenever and wherever she is needed.

Gaëlle arrived in Oslo in September 2011 and immediately joined NIN as a member. With her past experience at Toastmasters International and Professional Women's Group in Zurich, she knew that a platform such as NIN would be the best way to start on a positive note in Oslo. The friendly atmosphere at NIN convinced her to engage herself two months later for the Project Manager position.

Gaëlle has a four year experience as Project Manager for a not-for-profit organization in Switzerland and wants to put her experience, her multicultural background as well as her drive to promote and develop NIN's activities.
